For orders placed on Amazon, you may be able to cancel before they enter the shipping process.
- Go to Your Orders on Amazon
- Click View or edit order
- Select Cancel items, check the item(s), choose a reason, and click Request cancellation
Please note:
- Orders sold and shipped by third-party sellers may only be canceled within 1 business day.
- Once the order enters fulfillment, the seller must approve cancellation.
